Why We Started Ready Cadet
Every cadet knows the feeling: you are studying for your next promotion achievement, but the manuals are hundreds of pages of PDF text. Studying with user-generated online flashcards is hit-or-miss, and they are often filled with typos, outdated questions, or incorrect answers.
As CAP senior members, aerospace educators, and pilots, we saw cadets struggling to pass their milestone tests—not because they didn’t care, but because they lacked modern, structured study tools.
