Method 1: In-App
If you have the Ready Cadet app installed, navigate to Profile → Delete Account → Confirm Deletion. This immediately purges your account and all data.
Method 2: Web Request
If you cannot access the app, contact us through our support page. Choose “Account Deletion Request” and specify the email associated with your account.
What Data Is Deleted
We believe in absolute data ownership. When you request deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases and cannot be recovered:
- Account Profile: Your login credentials, email address, username, cadet rank selection, and avatar image.
- Study History: All quiz attempt history, answer accuracy statistics, readiness scores, streak metrics, and focus areas.
- Progress Records: Leadership milestone checklists, aerospace module logs, and oath practice records.
Turnaround Time
In-app deletion requests (Method 1) are executed instantly. Web/Email deletion requests (Method 2) are processed manually by our support team within 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
