The Cadet Achievement Pathway
Cadets progress through 16 achievements divided into four phases: Learning (Airman), Leadership (Non-Commissioned Officer), Command (Cadet Officer), and Executive. Each achievement requires passing a leadership exam, aerospace module test, drill test, and physical fitness standard.
